From the cube to the coworking space, from corporate to creative, culture fit a huge piece of the interview and selection process. And looking the part of the company culture is a big part of that overall fit. That’s not to say your fashion sense determines your eligibility or appropriateness for the job. But putting effort into your appearance and dressing appropriately for the work environment at hand shows that you both understand and value the company culture.
